We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer for undertaking our construction works in the site. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial renovation, interior fit-outs, structural modifications, and site execution. You will be responsible for day-to-day supervision, quality control, site coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery in line with company standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2 – 4 years of UAE experience in construction renovation and fit-out (villas, apartments, commercial).
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, structural detailing, and site management.
• Must have Valid UAE Driving License.
• Must hold Society Of Engineering Certificate.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus

• Supervise and manage on-site civil renovation and fit-out works including structural alterations, gypsum partitions, false ceilings, waterproofing, tiling, and MEP coordination.
• Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly site reports.
• Ensure work is executed in line with Dubai Municipality regulations and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Verify materials on-site match approved specifications and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce HSE procedures.
• Support planning, quantity take-offs, and material estimations as needed.
