REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering
• Site experience, especially in architectural finishes
• Knowledge of Singapore Codes and Practices
• Familiar with Primavera and MS Project
• Strong communication skills and self-driven
• Experience in building construction with architectural finishing

• Report to Construction Manager
• Assist in preparing for BCA CONQUAS/Quality assessments
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors’ work and drawings
• Ensure work meets quality standards and contract specs
• Track project progress and propose solutions for delays
• Conduct inspections with RE/RTO and liaise with consultants
• Prepare weekly progress reports and handle assigned tasks
