Role Summary We are looking for a versatile Civil Engineer to join our Engineering & Design team. A blend of civil site development skills and structural design experience (for facilities and supports) is preferred. You will be an important technical resource for designing midstream facilities (Compressor stations, MLV sites, Pump Stations, Storage facilities, foundations, and site infrastructure. A mastery of AutoCAD Civil 3D is mandatory, as you will be responsible for moving projects from initial topographic analysis through to complex 3D modeling and construction-ready plan sets. Key Responsibilities 1. Civil Design & Site Development (Civil 3D Focus) Surface Modeling: Create and manage complex surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks within AutoCAD Civil 3D. Earthworks: Perform precise cut-and-fill calculations and grading optimization for well pads, compressor stations, and valve sites. Hydrology: Coordination in Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), including retention ponds, culverts, and drainage systems. 2. Structural Engineering (preferred) Foundation Design: Design reinforced concrete foundations for heavy equipment such as compressors, pumps, and storage tanks. Steel Design: Engineer pipe racks, skid supports, catwalks, and maintenance platforms in accordance with AISC and ASCE standards. #LI-RG1 Requirements Qualifications Typically 5+ years' experience focusing on civil site development. Structural foundation and steel design preferred. Pipeline facilities experience preferred Knowledgeable of industry standards and codes published by ACI, IBC, AISC, ANSI, etc. and have the ability to apply the standards to civil & structural analysis & designs Excellent written and verbal communication skills. AutoCad Civil 3D Education Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer or EIT preferred Competencies Results oriented Customer focused Impact and influence Business and people acumen Work Environment/Physical Demands Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Frequent sitting and operating a computer. Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials. Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
