We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality (DM) certification for G+1 projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day site activities, ensure compliance with DM regulations, and oversee project delivery from initiation to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) certification for G+1 projects (mandatory).
• Membership in the UAE Society of Engineers (SOE).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in UAE construction (with G+1 project focus).
• UAE Driving License (mandatory).

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations, and DM approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while ensuring quality and compliance.

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with approved drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and submit DM-related documents for permits, inspections, and completion certificates.
• Liaise with DM engineers and inspectors, attending site visits and technical meetings.
• Review drawings, calculations, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project and DM standards.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily site reports and progress updates.
