QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on civil construction and plant services.
· Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project and project management tools.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full time approximately 38 hours a week.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Design: Develop and review detailed engineering plans, designs, and specifications for civil construction and plant service projects.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction and service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, resolving any design or construction issues that arise.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, plans, and correspondence.
  • Sustainability: Integrate sustainable practices into project designs and construction processes.
