Our client is seeking a Land Development Engineer who will be a member of its Civil Engineering group. Projects include Residential, Commercial, and Institutional design and engineering.
You will be responsible for engineering design for land development projects, project planning and execution, client deliverables, engagement with internal and external clients to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction. OR Municipal or water / wastewater design based on your knowledge and experience.
Land planning and feasibility, site design, site grading, earthwork balance, drainage, utilities, sanitary sewer collection, water distribution systems, storm water management, erosion, and sediment control.
Bachelor’s Degree – Civil or Environmental Engineering
EIT or P.E. License
5+ years’ of related experience
Knowledge of AutoCAD to better work with drafters / other designers
Experience participating in meetings with clients, stakeholders, prospective clients, team members, project teams and more
Comfortable with face-to-face meetings with clients
Familiarity with permit application development and coordinating for federal, state, and local agencies.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
