WTG Engineering NCE is responsible to support the regional Service and Construction organisations with engineering skills to improve the installation and operation performance of Vestas wind turbine generators (WTG).

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of experience as civil engineer (in the wind energy industry is beneficial)
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in an Engineering Discipline (also open to recent graduates)
• Candidates with comparable on-site experience are also considered
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate clearly both in English and German (verbally and in writing)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The position is to be filled in Hamburg or Gotha in Germany, and report to Manager Civil Engineering NCE.

• Evaluating technical deviations, defects and mal functioning of WTG foundations and towers
• Taking measurements on WTG foundations and towers
• Providing answers to technical questions by internal and external stakeholder
• Supporting colleagues with technical input for customer and supplier meetings
• Summarizing and presenting technical knowledge to direct colleagues to continuously improve Vestas products
