Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be DM Approved, hold a SOE Membership, and have a valid UAE Driving License. The role involves managing multiple interior fit-out and renovation sites, overseeing subcontractors, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Site Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, including site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Manage multiple sites simultaneously with a zero-defect, detail-oriented approach.
• Oversee finishing works with a strong eye for quality and execution.

Client Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Handle client meetings, updates, and overall satisfaction.
• Negotiate effectively with vendors and subcontractors.
• Proven record in acquiring new business and expanding project portfolios.

Office & Internal Coordination:

• Work closely with Operations, Business development, Design and Procurement teams to meet client expectations.
• Strong projects budgeting, planning, timelines preparing, estimations, and reports.
• Collaborate on BOQs and material estimations with Designers and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with DM, DDA, DCD systems and processes for permit applications.
• Secure authority approvals from DM, Trakhees, DDA, Nakheel, Emaar, and other entities.

Technical skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with other project management tools.
• Uphold practical, hardworking, and collaborative work ethics, promote team building.
• Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
• DM Approved Engineer License (Required)
• SOE (Society of Engineers – UAE) Membership (Required)
• Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and technical services
