JOB SUMMARY

Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) are an executive agency of the Scottish Government, and we are looking for motivated individuals who are looking for a rewarding and diverse career as a Civil Engineer.
The Civil Engineering team plans, designs and manages a network of forest roads and associated infrastructure, including bridges and extractives sites (Quarries). The forest road network supports land management and particularly the harvesting and marketing of timber from Scotland’s national forests and land.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will support the Tactical Civil Engineer in planning, budgeting and delivering an agreed programme of works. You will manage site operations in line with FLS policy and industry best practice.
