We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with experience in G+1 building projects and approvals from Dubai Municipality (DM). The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction projects while ensuring compliance with DM regulations and standards.

• Proven experience in G+1 building projects with DM approvals.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and DM regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

• Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for G+1 projects.
• Submit project drawings and documents to Dubai Municipality for approvals and ensure timely follow-up.
• Ensure all designs comply with DM codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to implement project plans efficiently.
• Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to approved plans, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, supervise construction progress, and maintain proper documentation.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and technical reports.
• Prepare and maintain records of approvals, permits, and compliance certificates.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and resolve engineering-related issues.
• Ensure timely submission of completion certificates and coordination with relevant authorities.
