Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and manage engineering operations across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate must hold a valid RAK Trading License, Dubai Municipality (DM) approval, and a G+12 classification certificate. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and prior consulting experience to ensure compliance with engineering standards and the successful execution of high-rise and commercial building projects. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the engineering team to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and within approved timelines. Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and calculations in accordance with Dubai Municipality and RAK regulations. Manage and oversee all stages of project development — from design to execution — ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and project engineers. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and site issues promptly. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and project requirements. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal and client review. Collaborate with project management and finance teams on resource planning and cost control. Maintain and update records related to municipality approvals, permits, and compliance certifications. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution (Master’s degree preferred). Valid RAK Trading License and Dubai Municipality Approval for G+12 classification (mandatory). Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in the UAE. Proven experience in consulting and supervision of G+12 or high-rise projects. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams. In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, construction regulations, and approval processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
