We would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2027 Graduate Program as a Civil Engineer Graduate based in St Marys, Western Sydney. Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 2027, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through hands-on experience and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend. The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education. As a Civil Engineer Graduate, you will participate in a structured development program offering comprehensive exposure to core engineering functions within our plant. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real projects that drive performance. Key Areas of Exposure Major Infrastructure projects both Civil & High Rise. Tier – 1 Customers – Developers, Builders, Government. On the job training with direct involvement in day-to-day activities and internal/external meetings. Mentoring & Coaching for seasoned and experienced professionals Opportunity to work with a strong and reliable manufacturing business. Eligibility Criteria: A genuine passion for Civil Engineering within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution. Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights. Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2026). Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
