This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through hands-on experience and meaningful work.   Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.  The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.  This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.    As a Civil Engineer Graduate, you will participate in a structured development program offering comprehensive exposure to core engineering functions within our plant.
