Description

Play a key role in all civil engineering schemes, ensuring they are delivered on programme, within the set budget & to the required quality standards, enabling successful project delivery across all developments.
Ensuring all statutory approvals from highways, drainage & other adopting authorities are successfully negotiated & secured in line with project programmes, ensuring construction can proceed without avoidable delays.
Ensuring civil engineering designs consistently meet all relevant legislation, technical standards & adopting authority requirements, reducing compliance risks & avoiding the need for redesign.
Playing a key role in civil works project management for all of group build projects across residential, commercial & industrial schemes
Engineering the correct specifications are in place in order to provide practical, buildable & cost-effective solutions that optimise value while maintaining quality, compliance & long-term performance.
Ensuring external engineering consultants deliver coordinated, high-quality designs that meet project requirements, are issued on time & minimise site queries, delays & rework requirements.
Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times in line with H&SE.
