Join us. 職缺說明本職缺隸屬於 AECOM 台灣的建築與人居環境部 (Building + Places)，部門專注於提供綜合性的建築設計、城市發展與基礎設施規劃服務。我們秉持 AECOM 全球的專業標準，以創新、永續與卓越品質為核心，致力於打造安全、宜居且高效的環境。職務內容擔任營造工程師或工地監工/主任，負責廠房專案的土木與建築工程現場監造與管理，確保工程進度與施工品質符合計畫與規範要求。進行施工品質查核與估驗，確保各項施工項目達到設計與技術標準。參與施工會議，與業主、設計單位及承包商進行技術討論與協調，並提供技術支援與問題解決建議。釐清施工疑義，提供專業建議並協助解決工程現場問題。負責工地安全衛生管理，落實職安法規，確保作業安全。撰寫並提交工程進度報告，記錄施工過程與品質檢驗結果。應徵資格 3 年或以上土木或建築相關的廠房工程現場監造與管理經驗具備專科或大學學歷，土木工程或建築相關科系畢業。熟悉施工品質查驗、進度管控與工地安全衛生規範，具備解決施工過程中問題的能力。流利中文及簡單英文能力，良好的溝通與協調能力，能與業主、設計單位及承包商保持良好合作。熟悉AutoCAD、 Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint 和 Word，能夠有效運用這些工具進行工作匯報與溝通。證照需求公共工程品質管理人員資格者優先考慮。其他資訊上班地點：台南市善化區上班時間：星期一至五， 8:30 至 17:30 合約性質：此職缺可能為永久聘用(Permanent)或1年定期契約(Fixed term)，視專案階段需求而定。 About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
