We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in villa construction within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of local construction practices, regulations, and project management for high-quality residential projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 years of experience in villa construction in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, municipality approvals, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• UAE driving license preferred

  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont

• Oversee and manage villa construction projects from start to completion
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
