The Opportunity - We are seeking an Intermediate or Senior Civil Engineer with experience in municipal infrastructure (water, wastewater, stormwater, roads) and land development to join our team. You’ll work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment—collaborating with planners, architects, and structural engineers under the mentorship of experienced professionals. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • Registration as a P.Eng. with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of work experience in Canada
  • Experience with contract administration and construction inspection
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities or on projects in remote communities is a strong asset
  • Strong communication, technical writing, and computer skills
  • Valid BC driver’s license

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support civil engineering design for municipal and land development projects
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and EITs through project work and reviews
  • Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and clients
  • Oversee contract administration and provide construction support
