We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong technical background, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations and building codes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Design: Develop and design detailed project plans, blueprints, and specifications for civil engineering projects, including buildings, roads, bridges, drainage systems, and utilities.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee construction sites to ensure that work is performed in compliance with design plans, schedules, and local regulations. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and material procurement schedules. Monitor project costs to ensure completion within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets project specifications, industry standards, and government regulations. Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments during construction.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, surveyors, and other engineers to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and technical reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local construction laws, codes, and regulations within the UAE.
