Cooper McCullough Group (CMG) is seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join our growing team across projects throughout Central Queensland.

We are looking to hear from supervisors with strong experience in either mining civil works or TMR/Council road construction and stabilisation. Opportunities are available across our current and upcoming projects.

About the Roles

As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading crews and coordinating day-to-day site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Depending on your experience, projects may include:

• Mine site civil and earthworks projects
• TMR and Council road construction and upgrades
• Road rehabilitation and stabilisation works
• Bulk and detailed earthworks
• Pavement construction and preparation
• Drainage and associated civil works
• Plant and equipment coordination
• Rehabilitation and maintenance works

Key responsibilities

• Washing, cleaning and detailing mobile plant, vehicles and equipment
• Preparing plant and equipment for mobilisation to construction sites
• Assisting with loading and unloading trucks
• Moving vehicles and equipment around the yard
• Refuelling plant and equipment
• Collecting parts, consumables and supplies as required
• Assisting with incoming and outgoing plant and equipment
• Completing basic plant pre-start and condition checks
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard
• Assisting with basic repairs and maintenance of small motors and equipment
