The Role

This business needs an experienced Senior Civil Engineer capable of taking real ownership of their own projects.

You'll be given genuine autonomy to run your own projects independently, with support available for the more complex parts of the job when needed.

Backed by a strong drafting and design team, you'll be free to focus on the technical and client facing side of the work rather than carrying documentation alone.

In time, there's real scope to have a junior engineer working under you as the team continues to grow.

The Responsibilities

• Run your own civil projects independently, escalating only where genuinely needed
• Liaise directly with clients and represent the business in meetings
• Produce technical designs and documentation using DRAINS, MUSIC and 12D or Civil 3D
• Mentor and support a junior engineer as the opportunity arises

The Requirements

This role suits a civil engineer who's ready to run their own projects with real autonomy. In return, you'll be able to demonstrate:

• 6+ years' experience within an Australian engineering design consultancy
• Strong working knowledge of DRAINS and MUSIC
• Proficiency in 12D or Civil 3D
• Confidence taking ownership of projects and providing clients with clear, timely answers
• Full working rights in Australia
