This well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering and design consultancy operates in NT and Qld. Known for delivering high-quality engineering and project management services, they work across urban and regional land development, housing & civil infrastructure for private & public sector clients.

About You

You’ll take on project-broad responsibilities and wider scopes of challenging work in a ‘direct’ work environment and a bureaucracy-free zone. You’ll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst leading and mentoring your team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Civil Engineer OR Senior Civil Designer, you'll get involved with:

• Leading & mentoring junior team members
• Maintaining existing & building new client relationships
• Modelling, design & documentation of roads subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics & earthworks
• Technical input to ensure designs meet project needs
• Timely and budget-conscious project delivery

Key Skills & Attributes

To excel in this role, you will ideally have:

• Bachelors/Associate Engineering degree (recognised by EA)
• 10-20 years of engineering / design experience
• Familiarity with Austroads/NZ standards & Australian regulations
• Exp. in geometric design and modeling, eg 12D or similar
• Strong in design of roads, subdivisions, drainage & earthworks
• Excellent communication skills & ability to build relationships
• Proactive approach to mentoring and team management
