About the role:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects, design tasks and documentation;
• Providing timely advice and technical information to internal teams;
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress to relevant stakeholders;
• Developing fee proposals/ cost estimates for all proposed and additional works;
• Conducting periodic site inspections of construction works and monitoring the performance of all contractors and subcontractors; and
• Administering construction contracts.

About you:

To be successful in the role, you will possess a minimum of a Bachelor level degree in Engineering. You will also ideally have:

• Knowledge of QUDM, IPWEAQ, AUSTROADS and DTMR guidelines;
• Sound knowledge of construction practices for rural and urban roads and utility infrastructure;
• Experience in administration of construction contracts;
• Sound interpersonal skills and commitment to building and maintaining business relationships; and
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience (5 years relevant Australian experience).

You will be required to have a white card and an unrestricted Driver’s License, as travel to job sites (using company pool vehicles) will be required.
