POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team and lead design efforts on a variety of civil and land development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development, grading, stormwater management, and utility design, with the ability to manage projects from concept through construction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus)
  • PEO license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • 4+ years of experience in civil or land development design
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, PCSWMM, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of site planning, grading, and drainage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support civil site design and land development projects from planning through permitting and construction
  • Prepare design plans and technical reports for grading, drainage, utilities, erosion control, and roadway improvements
  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and stormwater management design
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure designs meet local, provincial, and federal regulations
  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Assist in project proposals, budgeting, and scheduling
