Context Civil Engineer -Lead -Section 1 Missions/Main Duties Site Lead Civil Engineer responsibilities including but not limited to: - Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork. Liaising with the technical office about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials. Liaising with procurement about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials and subcontractors. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to the standards. Profile/Skills Site Lead Civil Engineer requirements should be including but not limited to: - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in civil engineering or construction. Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards. Management & Coordination Skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Teamwork cooperation & Leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and hard conditions. Availability to work at many places and smooth movement as per work requirement. .
