Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, execution, and delivery of renovation and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Master’s degree or additional certifications preferred.
-Dubai Municipality G+4 Licensed Civil Engineer
· Minimum 5 years of proven experience in renovation, fit-out, or interior projects, preferably within Dubai or the UAE.
· Solid understanding of local construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
· Proficient in project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and quality.
· Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency advantageous but not mandatory).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per mont

· Manage and supervise diverse renovation and fit-out projects, including luxury residential villas, townhouses, apartments, and premium commercial spaces, from conception through successful completion.
· Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for each project.
· Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
· Ensure that projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
· Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
· Identify potential risks and proactively resolve technical and logistical challenges.
· Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status.
· Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and practices at all project sites.
· Review, assess, and approve contractor invoices and payments.
