Your Opportunity Stantec is seeking a Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team of technical and business professionals. The candidate will work directly with city staff to successfully manage and implement multi-discipline projects. This position will coordinate, and lead project teams focused on engineering and construction related services for clients primarily located in Wisconsin. Your Key Responsibilities Client Service, Development, Management, and Growth Opportunity Identification and Pursuits Project Development Mentor and empower other team members Execute and manage complex civil engineering designs Serve as a technical design expert for projects and supervise and manage work through junior staff to develop and execute design Plan and manage projects and tasks to complete them on time and within budget Supervision of Engineers, Technologists, and Designers Ongoing coordination between developer personnel and city and field staff throughout construction of the public improvements.

Responsibilities

The Civil Engineer will manage and implement multi-discipline projects while coordinating and leading project teams. Responsibilities include executing complex civil engineering designs and supervising junior staff.
