You're an experienced civil engineer looking to take the next step in your career. You will lead project teams, taking ownership of the technical delivery of civil projects across built form, road infrastructure, high-density precinct development, and public domain works.

This role is based at our Newcastle office.

What You'll Own

n As a Civil Engineer, you will be joining a professional and collaborative team of engineers, designers, drafters, graduates and undergraduates, working on a diverse range of projects across the built environment.

n

With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects for both new and existing clients, you will lead projects while being supported by a close-knit management team. You will be client-facing, with the autonomy of leading projects from concept through to construction and technical delivery, while having the support you need to succeed.You will act as a mentor to emerging engineers contributing to their technical development and continued growth of the civil section.
