We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years UAE experience in villa construction. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and be capable of and responsible for all office project tasks, technical documentation, quantity take-offs, and subcontractor coordination. A solid background with FAB and engineering consultants is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years UAE villa construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP integration, architectural coordination, and structural interfaces.
• Fluent in Arabic and English – spoken and written.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office 365, and construction-related documentation tools.
• Familiarity with FAB submission protocols, Abu Dhabi municipality systems, and consultant coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Prepare and evaluate quantities, BOQs, and material take-offs from drawings and site conditions.
• Compile and submit technical submittals for civil and MEP works in coordination with consultants.
• Support tender preparation and bidding documents with accurate scopes, pricing, and methodology.
• Source and evaluate subcontractors for villa projects; coordinate scopes, pricing, and schedules.
• Liaise with FAB and other major consultants to ensure compliance with local requirements and approvals.
• Track and document variation orders, submit justifications, and follow up on approvals.
• Review and update as-built drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Assist in or perform structural evaluations, design updates, and shop drawings when required.
• Maintain organized digital project records, logs, and correspondence.
• Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and site teams in both Arabic and English.
