• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred
• Candidate must be able to work exceptionally well within a team, take direction, as well as lead projects

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

If filled as Design Engineer - Advanced Professional, this position requires: Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of relevant experience Required Certifications: Licensed Professional Engineer - Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists If filled as Design Engineer - Senior Professional, this position requires: Bachelor’s Degree 6+ years of relevant experience Required Certifications: Licensed Professional Engineer - Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists

• Preparing and reviewing technical and price proposals for delivery to project leaders
• Reviewing proposed designs prepared by others
• Providing input to technical designs and decisions, and general approaches to projects, assignments, and issues
• Managing the design, performing or leading designs, and creating drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
