The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the design and oversight of large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities include: Perform civil design or oversee the design of projects such as roads, railways, airports, bridges, dams, storm/sewerage systems, pipelines, and other infrastructure. Develop project scope, planning, and cost estimates to support business cases across the asset life cycle. Collaborate with civil designers to create Civil 3D models and 2D drawings, including construction details. Develop and revise technical specifications, scope of supply, BOMs, MTOs, CWPs, and construction work packages. Ensure design work complies with company processes, standards, design criteria, and regulatory requirements. Inspect completed civil projects to confirm compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards. Prepare work schedules, allocate resources, and supervise junior engineers, technicians, and contractors. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering P.Eng. designation with APEGS P.Eng. designation with PEO (Ontario) is an asset. 10+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project oversight for large-scale infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards Experience with Civil 3D and 2D CAD design, including construction drawings and models Proven ability to lead projects, supervise staff, and coordinate multi-discipline teams Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation and reliability Experience with industrial or mining-related projects Familiarity with 3D viewer software such as Navisworks, Jetstream, and point cloud technology Experience in preparing technical specifications, BOMs, MTOs, CWPs, and construction work packages Health And Dental Benefits.
