Civil Engineer - Regional SA

Our client is a respected engineering consultancy specialising in land subdivisions across South Australia. They have been continually expanding their portfolio in SA, where they are well known for delivering high-quality work on behalf of their clients.

We are seeking a Civil Engineer who is hungry to learn and develop their skills, and who has a passion for project management. Ideally, you will have been working as a Civil Engineer for the last 12 months, but we are open to taking a motivated graduate as well. This role is regional, two hours away from Adelaide, in a beautiful area not far from the coast.

About the Civil Engineer Role

• Help manage all aspects of project execution from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee site activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments.
• Help prepare accurate project design documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Civil Engineer Skills and Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in a civil engineering role in Australia.
• Motivated to learn and challenge yourself. 
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
