  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with strong expertise in project execution, site management, and technical supervision to join our team. The role requires a proactive leader who can analyse project feasibility, forecast requirements, ensure compliance with UAE standards, and deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Analysis & Planning
  • Analyse work possibilities and assess project feasibility.
  • Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Forecast manpower, material, and equipment requirements.
  • Site Management & Execution
  • Conduct regular site visits for inspections and work approvals.
  • Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes, regulations, and HSE standards.
  • Technical & Documentation
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Prepare material submittals and shop drawings for client/consultant approval.
  • Monitor material usage and maintain proper site records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for project-related matters.
  • Attend project meetings to address progress, challenges, and technical issues.
  • Manage site inspections with relevant stakeholders to obtain approvals.
