SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
· 15+ years’ professional experience, with proven track record in project management and surveying.
· Experience working on diverse civil projects (roads, infrastructure, residential, and commercial).
· Strong ability to manage projects in varied environments and deliver successful outcomes.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with engineering software and survey tools will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer with strong surveying and project management skills to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing civil and infrastructure projects across Sydney and regional NSW.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple civil construction projects (large and small).
· Undertake site surveys, set out works, and provide technical guidance on design and construction.
· Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
· Oversee project planning, budgeting, and reporting.
· Ensure compliance with Australian standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
