Job Description:

As a Civil Engineer at Quantum Civil, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from pre-construction / estimation phase to completion. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimation: Assist in quantity take-off, procuring quotations and preparation of BOQs for tender submissions.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage project expenses.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and progress reports.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and obtain necessary permits.
