We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing various civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, project management skills, and proficiency in various engineering software.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as Bluebeam, Mathcad, Revit, CAD tools, and GIS applications is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and civil engineering practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems effectively.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Experience in construction estimating and inspection is an advantage.

• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation for drafting and design purposes.
• Conduct construction management activities including estimating costs and overseeing construction processes.
• Perform geotechnical engineering assessments and land surveying as necessary for project development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create schematics and system designs for water treatment, wastewater treatment, and pipeline projects.
• Utilize GIS and ArcGIS for spatial analysis and mapping related to civil engineering projects.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare technical documentation including reports, proposals, and project plans with clear technical writing.
• Apply hydraulic modeling techniques using SWMM (Storm Water Management Model) and HEC (Hydrologic Engineering Center) tools.
• Engage in project engineering tasks that involve drafting detailed designs and specifications.
