Description

TRC Worldwide Engineering is currently seeking a Professional Engineer with experience working with the Tennessee Department of Transportation on Roadway Design projects using OpenRoads design software. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Roadway design team for moderate to large projects * Performing analysis and design calculations for highway/roadway projects * Organize scheduling of specific tasks and assignments * Coordination with clients and other internal disciplines * Assist with proposal preparation and business development/project pursuits Requirements * Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET accredited university. * Professional Engineer License in Tennessee (TN) preferred * TDOT experience, including ORD * Minimum 5 years highway/roadway design experience * Excellent attention to detail, provide accurate and high-quality design. * Able to work collaboratively within a design team. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in key design platforms such as MicroStation, Bentley, Geopak, OpenRoads 3D, etc. and conventional software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint About Our Company SERVICE I INNOVATION I QUALITY Founded in 1989, TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. is a full service, multi-disciplinary engineering firm, providing exceptional quality and service in: Structural, Steel Detailing, Restoration & Inspection, MEP, Transportation, Parking Structure Design and Architectural Support. Responsibilities

The Civil Engineer will lead a roadway design team for moderate to large projects and perform analysis and design calculations for highway/roadway projects. Responsibilities also include organizing task schedules, coordinating with clients and internal disciplines, and assisting with proposal preparation.
