We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused civil engineer and interior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their work needs, and guiding them through the buying process to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide assistance with product selection.
• Understand and explain features, benefits.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Process customer orders, issue invoices, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenence and interior (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for home furnishings and interior design.
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
