Key responsibilities
· Ensure construction activities are executed in compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
· Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure alignment with design standards and client expectations.
· Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project schedules.
· Supervise and monitor site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to HSE standards.
· Conduct site inspections, audits, and surveillance to identify risks, ensure corrective actions, and verify timely execution.
· Prepare and submit regular project progress and quality assessment reports.
· Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement improvements to enhance cost and time efficiency.
· Resolve technical issues at site to avoid delays and maintain project continuity.
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
· Organize and participate in site HSE meetings, inspections, and audits.
· Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Provide technical support, mentoring, and guidance to the site team.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience in TAQA Transmission is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license (required).
