REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the UAE (villa projects ).
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple site tasks effectively.
• Open to all nationalities (Male).

JOB PURPOSE:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that villa construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and manage site activities for villa construction projects.
• Monitor workforce performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers for smooth workflow.
• Review drawings and plans to ensure correct execution at the site.
• Report daily progress and challenges to the Project Manager.
• Ensure materials and resources are used efficiently and without wastage.
• Resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
