JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure, construction, and site development projects. The candidate should be familiar with UAE regulations, municipality procedures, and local construction standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in civil/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

• Prepare and review structural and civil designs as per UAE codes.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure approvals from relevant UAE authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA).
