REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in villa or residential construction
• Strong knowledge of RCC structure, finishing works, and waterproofing solutions
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Project or similar tools
• Strong understanding of UAE construction codes and villa design standards
• Excellent communication and project management skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in villa construction. You will be responsible for managing the structural planning, site execution, and coordination of all civil works for luxury and custom-built villa project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, design, and supervise the construction of villa structures
• Prepare structural drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Conduct soil tests and ensure proper foundation design
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and site workers
• Manage timelines, quality checks, and site documentation
• Ensure villas meet local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
• Troubleshoot any on-site issues and propose cost-effective solutions
