We are seeking a Civil Engineer with proven experience in Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) projects to join our team in Dubai.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with MBRHE villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, estimation, and cost management.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

• Manage villa construction projects from start to handover.
• Oversee all site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Handle project pricing, cost control, and quantity surveying.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare project schedules and ensure work progresses as per plan.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve construction challenges.
• Ensure compliance with MBRHE standards and authority approvals.
