ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a professionally driven Civil Engineer to lead and contribute to technical designs and client-facing projects. You’ll manage small-scale projects, design packages, liaise with stakeholders, and support junior team members, all while working toward or holding RPEQ/CPEng accreditation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Civil design using tools like DRAINS, MUSIC, and AutoCAD
• Apply and interpret local authority and asset owner guidelines/standards
• Produce technically sound, cost-effective solutions with high attention to detail
• Engage with clients, councils, and consultants to deliver project outcomes
• Manage scope, budget, and contract phases under ISO-accredited management systems
• Innovate with design reviews and cross-disciplinary collaboration
