POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, design, and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within real estate development or construction.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and project specifications.
  • Oversee quality control, safety, and environmental protection practices throughout project phases.
  • Prepare and present project reports, cost estimates, and feasibility assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
