This role offers exposure to major projects and iconic developments, alongside traditional civil engineering projects, providing the variety and technical challenge needed to accelerate your career.


Based in modern Gold Coast offices, you'll take ownership of project delivery from concept through to construction, working closely with clients, project stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.


You'll be supported by experienced leaders who are committed to your professional growth and will encourage you to mentor and develop emerging engineers as your career progresses.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a civil engineer in a consultancy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Demonstrable experience in detailed design and documentation of roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks, and stormwater
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Design software such as 12D Model and/or Civil 3D
  • Competent use of other civil modeling tools (DRAINS, MUSIC, AutoCAD)
  • Accountable, proactive, and confident taking ownership of technical project delivery
