The main tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the planning and implementation of capital investments in the areas of construction,real estate, buildings, and utility systems (technical building equipment) covering HOAI service, phases 1 through 9
• Assistance with financial planning within the scope of operational planning (e.g.,
• for infrastructure projects)
• Commission and coordinate external service providers and specialist planners, from
• initial concept to final acceptance
• Monitor construction progress and quality, manage defects, and decide
• on construction methods
