ABOUT THIS VACANCY

We are looking for Civil Engineers for the projects across Belgium.
You will act as Site Supervisor and can move (if you want) to a Project Leader position after some experience. Civil Engineers with experience can also directly start as Project Leader.

As a site manager, you will organise construction sites from start to completion with the utmost care for safety and quality. In doing so, you work closely with project leaders, foremen, workers and subcontractors. Presence on our sites is necessary to feel and help shape our daily operations.

• Identify tasks, equipment, and client requirements based on specifications, ensuring proper planning and execution.
• Organize the site with a focus on safety, enforce safety protocols, and hold workers accountable.
• Manage and guide subcontractors and employees, providing clear instructions and supervision.
• Ensure proper work preparation, oversee technical execution, and order equipment to maintain workflow continuity.
• Monitor project progress, handle site administration, and lead meetings to discuss work updates and challenges.
