Position Title: Civil Engineer
Salary: $92,000 per annum (full-time, permanent position).

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Civil Engineer will play a key role in overseeing and delivering projects across formwork and concrete construction. This position involves working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant experience in civil or structural engineering, preferably in formwork and concrete construction.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and regulations in Australia.
  • Proven ability to prepare and review technical documents and drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and project management tools.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and manage formwork and structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
  • Provide technical advice and support to project teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
