Job Description We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Urban Development team on the Sunshine Coast. This role offers the chance to work on diverse, high-impact projects and contribute your expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key responsibilities: Deliver high-quality civil design solutions across a range of projects. Contribute to the development of budgets and preparation of fee proposals. Undertake detailed civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities. Act as superintendent during construction Attend site inspections, hold site meetings Collaborate closely with designers, drafters, contractors, and other engineers at project meetings. Support project management activities, including scheduling and reporting. Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes and delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with NER/RPEQ accreditation. 2+ years’ experience in civil engineering for land development, or greenfield projects. Solid technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes. Experience in QA processes and superintending.
