• Assist with securing work through efficient and safe design and tendering of foundation projects.
• Review and analyse tender documents, provide accurate cost estimates, and submit tenders as per company processes.
• Prepare and document safe, efficient, and cost-effective foundation designs in conjunction with management.
• Oversee construction activities on-site to ensure all works conform to tender, design, and safety requirements.
• Provide technical advice and support to project teams throughout the duration of the project.
• Procure materials and coordinate plant requirements for assigned projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including tenders, reports, and quality assurance records.
• Liaise effectively with clients, sub-contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by complying with relevant standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Undertake professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry standards.
