What You’ll Do Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects—site development, roadways, drainage, utilities, and whatever challenges come next. Mentor and develop junior engineers and EITs with support that helps them grow fast. Partner with clients, architects, contractors, and agencies to turn ideas into built projects that serve communities. Own schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and documentation—keeping projects moving and teams aligned. Shape proposals and scopes with your insight and experience. Leverage top tools like Civil 3D, stormwater modeling software, and GIS to streamline design and push for innovation. Champion smarter, greener, more resilient engineering solutions that raise the bar for every project. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. PE license 6+ years of civil or municipal engineering experience. Strong design and project management chops—you know how to get projects across the finish line. A leadership style that’s supportive, open, and collaborative. Bonus points for experience in land development, transportation, or water infrastructure. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites and commission meetings. Preferred Experience Working with rural or small-town municipalities.
